Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the training needs of kindergarten female teachers in Najran, KSA.

The descriptive approach was used.

The questionnaire, after being verified and validated, was used as the main instrument for data gathering.

After that, it was applied to kindergarten teachers in the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017.

Based on the study findings, the researcher recommended people in charge of education at kindergarten stage to conduct training workshops on preparing and organizing the content of the teaching activities, managing the learning environment of children, methods of learning of kindergarten children, the use of educational aids and technology, assessing the learning of children, and the professionalism of kindergarten teacher.
