The purpose of the research is to highlight the China Africa partnership by identifying the potentials, motives, initiatives, challenges and the most important stations of this partnership, as well as highlighting the most important ways to achieve this partnership.

The research concluded that the partnership between China and Africa has made tremendous achievements, especially after the establishment of the Forum On China-Africa Cooperation, realizing several benefits for both sides, Through various means, including the enhancing trade exchanges, increasing investment flows and diversifying and increasing financing.

Thus China has become the largest trading partner and the major investor and financier in Africa.

Finaly the paper noted that there are promising and great prospects for the China-Africa partnership, especially with the will to develop it from both sides.
