إن العديد من القضايا التي تواجهها الشركات العائلية تنبع من تعدد الأدوار التي يقوم بها أفراد العائلة و هذه القضايا و بالإضافة إلى التحديات الأخرى التي تواجهها الشركات العائلية تجعل من الصعب استمرار هذا النوع من الشركات في البقاء وقد يكون هذا أحد أسباب فشل أغلب الشركات العائلية.
و بطبيعة الحال يمكن للشركات العائلية أن تزيد من فرص استمراريتها بالتركيز على الحوكمة من خلال وضع الآليات الضرورية المطلوبة في هذا المجال
Abstract EN
Many of the issues that family businesses face stem from the multiple roles played by family members and these issues, in addition to other challenges that family companies face, making it difficult for this type of company to continue to survive, and this may be one of the reasons why most family businesses fail.
Of course, family businesses can increase their chances of continuity by focusing on governance, by setting the necessary mechanisms required in this area.
