Abstract EN

The study aims at indicating the contribution of the financial manager in making financial decisions in the Saudi Investment Bank in Riyadh.

The study reached the model which contains the financial decisions, investment decisions, financing decisions and profit distribution decisions.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and statistical program in social sciences (SPSS) , Excel (Excel), and Questionnaire as a tool for collecting information for the study sample, The study recommended that the integration between the senior management and the financial director should be used as much as possible to achieve the desired objectives.

Attention should be paid to the recommendations and proposals that fall within the financial reports recommended by the Finance Director.
