This article sheds light on the role of the military determinant in influencing the effectiveness of the strategic performance of Russia, which has been increasing since the beginning of the 21st century, it aims demonstrate the impact of the military determinant on the strong return to the Russian strategic role by relying on a set of military indicators in addition to providing data by numbers to demonstrate the development in the military field in Russia, secondly this article aims to provide researchers specialized in studying the Russian issue with information about the military dimension of Russia due to the lack of Arab sources that address this topic.
