The Occurrence of Kul (Arabic synonym of "all" in English) in the spatial parse of negation and the occurrence of negation in its spatial parse is one of the problems which deserves study and scrutiny therefore the research pursuits the clarification of the signification of Kul if it occurs in the spatial parse of negation or negation occurs in its spatial parse, and the research also scrutinizes the mentioning of each of them in the Quran, Hadiths, proverbs and Arabic poetry till the age of controversy.

The research concludes with the abundance of its occurrence in the spatial parse of negation whereas the paucity of the occurrence of negation in its spatial parse is noticed.

It also concludes that the signification of Kul occurred in the spatial parse of negation is controversial: whether it is absolutely or abundantly restricted negation or the opposite.

There are three opinions and the research's choice is that its signification signifies restricted negation, i.e, negating judgment on totality but not on all its members (inclusiveness), and restricts it with two restrictions that prevents objecting it, serving the purpose of the context whilst the signification of negation in the spatial parse of Kul is uncontroversial as Kul remains on its generalization and that the negation is inclusive of all its members.

As negation and interdiction belong to the same category the research explains - wherever appropriate - Kul occurred in the spatial parse of interdiction and explains it if interdiction occurred in its spatial parse.
