Education is considered the main key for development whose levels can be measured through the spread and quality of education in any society, especially developing societies whose educational services are of low quality and schools suffer from low levels of students’ intakes .

The Republic of Yemen is one of such developing countries that suffer from a number of problems at the level of educational infrastructure.

Despite the increase in students’ intakes during the recent decades, such an increase is still limited when measured against the various population sizes that are at the school age .

This study presents a statistical analytical image of the Yemeni educational situation.

Such a situation is also linked with the basic population indicators for developmental purposes.

For the relationship between the educational indicators and students, teachers, school campus and the like of such indicators along with linking them with the basic population indicators presents a concise view about the education ability to achieve its educational aims.

Or it may present its deficiencies that negatively impact on the comprehensive and sustainable development.

The study has been aided by the available statistical data relevant to the educational indicators, their latest being the indicators of 2013.

The study ends with a view of the educational indicators based on realistic and ambitious alternatives until.
