Abstract EN

This study aims to search in the history of the Fatimid state for the topic of directed and formal education with which this state was distinguished from the rest of the existing political systems at the time, which was known as the Councils of Wisdom, This systematic education had a great impact on both doctrinal and political Aspects in the Fatimid state, This work requires researching what are the councils of wisdom, the backgrounds of their establishment, the foundations of their emergence, the stages that these councils went through, their advantages and dimensions that made them a clear model for formal education established by the political authority and managed by it in Islamic history, and the Purposes for which it was founded
