This study aimed to identify the reality of training in the ENAFOR company in Ouargla-algeriabetween the years 2007-2018, as the main reliance was on the personal interview with the director and frameworks of the Training Department, as well as relying on the institution’s statistics regarding the training function during the study period, and we reached in our study To several results, the most important of which is the short period of determining the training needs by the directorates, the importance of the process of preparing the annual training plan in terms of saving time and the necessary tools in that, the fact that the real-time evaluation forms contain personal information is a hindrance to an honest and transparent statement about the training conditions, the accuracy of the level of the immediate evaluation forms Its knowledge of all aspects that have a direct impact on the training process, the lack of flexibility in terms of modification, improvement and addition in the annual plan after its final approval, and we concluded many recommendations, the most important of which is to give the necessary time to the needs identification phase, and to give the necessary importance to the training effectiveness evaluation phase.
