Abstract EN

The current research aimed at identifying psychological pressures among middle school students in Dhi Qar Governorate, and identifying the differences in the level of psychological pressures according to the sex variables (male - female) branch (scientific - literary).

The basic research sample consisted of (300) male and female students chosen randomly from middle schools in Dhi Qar Governorate.

The researcher has verified the apparent honesty of the research tool by presenting it to a group of experts specializing in educational and psychological sciences, as well as verifying its consistency by using the retest method and the Alpha Crow formula A reprimand for the search tool, as the value of the stabilization coefficient by the method of repetition reached (0.81), and the value of persistence using the Alpha Crew coefficient reached (0.88)Data were statistically treated using the Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test for one sample, T-test for two independent samples, T-test for the correlation coefficient, and appropriate statistical methods were used.
