Polygamy is a divine Islamic legislation that is, often, rejected by many women because of its effects and repercussions in reality.

This seems acceptable if we try to look at the issue from the level of education and religious awareness; that distinguishes the group of women who reject it.

However, the problem lies in the position of women, who constitute the elite in universities specialized in Islamic sciences; where it seems that its position on this topic is somewhat inconsistent with the requirements imposed by its elite status and cultural affiliation, which poses a problem worthy of research, in my view, which is: How is the view of women's academic elites in universities specialized in Islamic sciences regarding the topic of polygamy ?
