Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the concept of Islamic finance and its various forms, the need for it appeared in Islamic societies due to the increase in financial requirements for economic projects and important investments, whether on the individual or collective level.

It was necessary to think of a form of financial intermediation that is compatible with the principles of Islamic law in order to facilitate financial transactions in societies because of the existence of usury by traditional financial intermediation methods.

The results of the research revealed that Islamic financing formulas are effective in achieving development by bringing in financial investments that the owners are reluctant to employ with usurious investments.

As well as attracting important capital through innovative permissible activities, which reduces unemployment especially among young people, and achieve economic and social development.
