تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الخرائط المعرفية في بناء رأس المال الفكري في المنظمات المعرفية من خلال تطوير مهارات التفكير و البحث وتم اختيار طلبة ما بعد التدرج تخصص إدارة أعمال و إدارة مالية من جامعة الجزائر 3 للعام الدراسي 2017/2018.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للدراسة النظرية و المنهج الاستقرائي في الدراسة التطبيقية حيث تم توزيع استبيانات على مجموع الطلبة لمعرفة مدى استخدامهم للخرائط المعرفية الكلاسيكية و الرقمية في انجاز بحوثهم الأكاديمية و لقد أثبتت النتائج فاعلية هذه الخرائط في بناء و تطوير التفكير و الرؤى لديهم و هذا ما يجسد آليات بناء رأس المال الفكري في المنظمات المعرفية
Abstract EN
This research aim to examine the role of knowledge maps on building the intellectual capital for connetif organizations on developing the thinking and research of postgraduate students (doctorate) specific on knowledge management and financial management, for Algiers university 3 for 2017-2018 academic year.
to achieve the current research, we used descriptive method on theory study and inductive method on practice study in order to examine if the students used the knowledge maps on their researches.
the results have proved and showed the effectiveness of knowledge maps on developing the thinking and visions for them also intellectual capital.
