Abstract EN

The objective of this article is to analyze the reality of the use of the value chain and its impact on the performance of a sample of 10 companies.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared and questions were answered.

And the statistical methods used in the analysis of the study data.

The study revealed that the value chain is seen as a strategic tool and a model that allows the companies in the sample to provide critical information, and help reduce costs and achieve customer satisfaction, thereby enabling businesses studied to obtain good results.

The study also revealed that there were gaps in the application of the value chain, the most important being the lack of awareness of the real concept.
