Abstract EN

This study aims to test the effect of effective leadership and the extent of its support for citizenship behavior that was measured by ( equality and equal opportunities ,participation in public life and loyalty) among health sector users in light of the covid 19 crisis.

A soft sample was tested for a group of health sector users in Algiers Depending on the questionnaires as a tool to collect data ,120 questionnaires were distributed and 92 questionnaires were retrieved, 2 were excluded ,and after analyzing the study data by relying on the statistical analysis program spss ,the study reached both equality and equal opportunities , participation in public life and loyalty, the study has a set of interpretations and recommendations related to Relevance.
