Abstract EN

The study aimed to research the features of postmodern sociology, by presenting a critical analytical view of “Zygmount Baumann sociology”, and the study relied on the analytical approach that was represented in a critical sociological analysis of a sample of theoretical frameworks in order to monitor its position in the postmodern movement.

The study is based on its critical and methodological approach to critical trends in sociology, especially with regard to the problem of sociology in general and its theory in particular in the postmodern stage.

The study ended with a set of criticism that include: Bauman is based on the liquidity ideology in which he says in all the issues he deals with such as modality, control, ethics, consumption, love, habits and traditions …… etc.

he attributed the reason for the prevalence of this ideology to the supremacy of the globalization system, so it is characterized by intellectual consistency in his sociological analyzes.

Through an analysis of globalization, the concept of the axial explains to us the liquidity, through liquidity modernity that concludes with the globalization system there is liquidity in the movements of people, goods, ideas, lifestyles and money in one place to another.
