Abstract EN

This research aims to study Ibn Al-Khatib analysis of historical events through his book "a'a'mal ala'a'lam", as it, in the general Islamic history, addressed all of those who assumed power and he did not attain puberty yet from (the first century to the eighth century AH).

The idea of the book and the perspective of its author are related to the motives for its authorship, as Ibn Al-Khatib was a refugee with the Sultan (boy) Al-Marini Abi Ziyan Muhammad Al-Saeed and his guardian bin Ghazi, so he wrote this book as a compliment for them.

For this, he brought the Andalusian experience in the era of Caliph Hisham al-Muayyad and his guardian Muhammad ibn Abi Amer, whose era was one of the strongest and brightest times of Andalusia, to demonstrate that the assumption of boys does not impede the prosperity of countries.

He tried to legalize them, so he cited examples from the Umayyad Era due to its proximity to the era of the first generation.

In those eras, he also tracked the scholars who were busy with scientific production without being bruised because their Ruler is a boy.

Ibn al-Khatib analyzed the events based on a political perspective, and a number of events that he politically explains were presented in the research stemming from his personality as a minister and the nature of his way of thinking, or a religious perspective that was stained with some compulsory tendencies, and the appearance of this religious perspective was to deny the accusations attached to him such as heresy.
