هدف هذا البحث للتنبؤ بمعدلات التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي باستخدام طرق التمهيد الأسي وذلك خلال الفترة 2020-2025 و قد تم استخدام الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك Consumer price index CPI بأسعار سنة 2003 كمؤشر لهذه الظاهرة.
توصل البحث إلى أن طريقة Holt-Winter- no seasonality هي أفضل طريقة للتنبؤ بمعدلات التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي حيث إنها تحقق شرطي أدني قيمة لمعياري RMSE; SSR و من خلال عملية التنبؤ اتضح أن المستوى العام للأسعار في الاقتصاد الليبي من المتوقع أن ينخفض سنة 2020 إلى 2.
70 لكنه سيأخذ في الارتفاع بعدها و يستمر في التزايد إلى نهاية الفترة المتنبأ بها ليبلغ سنة 2025 ما مقداره 2.
97 و يدل ذلك على استمرار ظاهرة التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي في التفاقم.
Abstract EN
The main aim of this study was to forecast inflation rates in the Libyan economy during the period 2020-2025.
In order to achieve its objectives, the study has used CPI (2003=100) as an index of inflation in Libya, and adopted exponential smoothing methods.
The main findings of the study have indicated that HW-no seasonality method is the most appropriate method for forecasting inflation rates in Libya.
The forecasting results has showed that inflation rates in Libya will sharply decline in 2020.
However, it will increase along the rest of the period.
