the study aimed to identify the impact of protecting the rights of shareholders in improving the financial performance of NCA Rouiba, Algeria.

the results of the study showed that there is no impact to protect the rights of shareholders in improving the financial performance of NCA Rouiba.

In light of the results, a number of recommendations were presented; the most important is devoting attention to organizing and facilitating shareholders' exercise of their rights.
