The modern information technology could play a main role to enhance administrative capabilities, and also developing administrative functions to be more smart and effectively, and facilitate access to information and keep saving valuable time of work within, and absolutely reduce the cost in this scientific paper I try to get an answer about the role of information and communications technology revolution on developing of administrative work in Algeria, seeking that by illustrate the efforts of the Algerian government in order to change the mode of function by using the information and communication technology tools in public service and administration for get more efficiency and how could effect on administrative functions like planning and guidance, and generally in administration service.
