Today's intellectual capital is the most important strategic resource for contemporary organizations, through which they can compete and exploit other strengths and weaknesses, meet the challenges and changing environment conditions, especially the increasingly escalating competition, and its role in shaping the future direction of higher education institutions.

In this study, we will attempt to analyze intellectual capital as a future strategic tool in higher education institutions and as a catalyst for the development of strategy in particular, while addressing the requirements of developing intellectual capital in universities, and how to reserve intellectual assets and increase their capacity to increase knowledge and achieve success.
