The revolution in military affairs is one of the most important topics addressed by strategic theorists and military analysts across the world, where the debate began about it since the American military superiority in the second Gulf War in 1991, and the exit of America victorious militarily and politically.

Since there is a permanent strategic competition between countries, especially the great powers (on the military side) the acquisition of military technology, more modern defense systems and the development of strategic thinking through victory in wars and effective in deterring competitors are the foundations adopted by Russia and China.

Based on this, the study seeks to describe the spread of the contents and foundations of the American Revolution in military affairs in Russia and China, and to present counter strategies that were adopted to achieve strategic superiority.
