This study seeks to highlight the contribution of information and communications technology in adapting to the modern business environment and its impact on the flexibility of the flow of information and its use and exchange in a faster and more accurate way in order to respond to the requirements of the environment, in addition to revealing the problems experienced by the resources of the institution in keeping pace with technological developments.

We concluded a set of results, the most important of which is a strong correlation between the use of information and communication technology and adapting the modern business environment.
