Abstract EN

This research came to find out the validity of the lawsuit of the violation of Imam Malik for a set of hadiths that he narrated in his footsteps.

We concluded at the end of this research that disturbing Imam Malik and accusing him of leaving the Sunnah and intentionally violating it is lubricious, evidence of his seriousness, and recklessness in the judgment is not valid issued by a diligent jurist fundamentalist.
