The study of historical figures is among the important academic studies because it sheds light on important and influential personalities who had an active role in the manufacture of events in a certain period, as well as they give us a clear picture of the nature of political military and other events, that were experienced by that character, and from this perspective our choice was made On the personality of Major Mahmoud Guennez, who is considered one of the most important leaders in the Algerian revolution in the first province, exactly in the fifth region on the eastern border.
