Information and communications technology has revolutionized libraries, as it has contributed greatly to developing and improving information transmission, dissemination and delivery to beneficiaries, as it has begun to take its place in many areas, so electronic beneficiaries' services have replaced traditional library services, both direct and indirect.

It is worth noting that modern information and communication technologies have made a clear impact on the reality of library services and information centers, as well as the ways and methods in which they provide their services to beneficiaries and researchers, as they have contributed to the development of traditional services, and from this standpoint this study attempts to shed light on the importance of using information technology And communications in public libraries in various fields and the effective role they play in developing and modernizing this type of library in order to determine the most important basic requirements for its application, while highlighting the importance of its employment and its use magazines.
