تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي لعبه فكر باري بيوزان ‘’Barry Buzan’’ وأولي و يفر ‘’Ole Weaver’’ في إدراج قضايا البيئة نظرا لخطورتها ضمن قضايا السياسة العليا و إضفائها صبغة سياسية و استعجاليه فبدلا من أمننة القضايا السياسية على أساس أنها تهدد الأمن البيئة أضحت أيضا مهدد كوني للأمن.
إستدللنا في بحثنا بمقاربة مدرسة كوبنهاجن للأمن التي أضافت قطاع الأمن في الدراسات الأمنية نظرا لتفاقم مشاكل البيئة فكانت نتيجة تسييس قضايا البيئة جعلها محور اهتمام المنظمات الحكومية و المنظمات غير الحكومية و عقد العديد من المؤتمرات و كذا إبرام معاهدات دولية بغية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the role played by Barry Buzan and Ole Weaver in the inclusion of environmental issues, due to their gravity, in high policy issues.
Rather than the securitization only of the political issues; that they are the environment threats.
The Copenhagen School approach to security studies which added the envirmoental sector in security studies due to the aggravation of environmental problems, the politicization of environmental issues is the focus of attention of G.
On and N.

O, and the convening of several conferences and the conclusion of international treaties in order to achieve sustainable development.
