The tourism was known as natural phenomenon makes it imperative for the rights to move from one place to another for various reasons, it was simple and primitive in its manifestations, grow and become at the present time an activity was founded on which it is based, it is considered one of the most important economic activities of the economy of many countries, therefore, the States that provide tourist services required to be attractive to tourists.

Algeria was among the States which possess the immense tourism potential, where the interest in this sector will contribute to the development of its economy, considering that tourism is an important element of national income and access to foreign exchange.
