Renewable Energies are considered as the most important alternative to traditional energies are inexhaustible and renewable periodically in nature as well as being environmentally friendly with its various components unlike the traditional energies that are characterized by their ability to depletion, as well as causing serious damage to humans and the environment.

This study is summarized to describe and analyze the legal system for the promotion of renewable energies as adopted and organized by the Algerian legislator in various legislations, regulations and to identify the most important legislative stations in which the legislator dedicated the use of renewable energies and the rules of use and promotion mechanisms.
