Abstract EN

This study is an analytical description of the efforts exerted by the Algerian state to engage in the project of guaranteeing the quality of higher education.

To develop the quality assurance system in higher education CIAQES 2010, which was assigned the task of building, developing and monitoring the quality assurance system, the National Evaluation Board (CNE), in addition to bodies at the level of each institution such as (quality assurance cells).

Which has been installed by the Ministry since the university entrance 2008-2009, at the level of all Algerian universities, without forgetting the project of the internal quality of the Mediterranean universities AQI-Umed.

Which all built the Maghreb reference for quality in higher education institutions.
