Electronic management is a new mechanism to modernize local groupes and it is a central strategy to achieve positive results for the performance of the administrative machinery with all effectiveness and transparency and responsivness to electronic services of local citizens, also enabling the government from ensuring more efficient management of their resources and implement its policies and plans rapidly and with hight efficiently.
