This paper attempts to study the state of the approach of China's international relations as a theoretical attempt to conceptualize non-Western international relations.

As an attempt to democratize the current field of international relations in the world, the legacy of international relations can not be derived from Western- All over the world can be judged by the Western scale of experience.

Thus, the theories of non-Western international relations can be created in the context of the scientific situation within a systematic framework.

For if the West succeeds in highlighting its international relations, then the non-Western and universal theories can also generate and develop its international theories for the multiplicity of knowledge bases of existing theories of international relations.
