The electronic terrorism is one of the most important topics that occupy an important place in the studies and discussions that have been raised in the international arena in recent period, which is one of the most serious types of crimes committed through the Internet, and the seriousness of this terrorism is revealed by considering the size of the threats it poses to the national security of states
