In this study, we attempt to highlight the most important approaches to dealing with illegal migration, which, according to the researcher, are sensitive entries.

We must emphasize our priority and take it into account with this phenomenon, which has become more difficult to deal with because of the complexity of its causes and the growing threats it produces at all levels.

Since we want through this analysis should focus on three important dimensions are considered focal dimensions in dealing with the phenomenon of illegal immigration, the first dimension is the position of the Islamic phenomenon and indicate its judgment within the terms of the debt, the second dimension have focused on dealing with legal and legislative Illegal immigration, especially in the Maghreb countries, while we focused in the third dimension on the security side, which he sees as an important researcher Central input when analysing the phenomenon of illegal immigration.
