This study aims to analyze the reality of economic activity in Algeria during the period (2001-2018) and try to compare it with some countries in addition to studying the policies related to implementing a strategy to activate non-oil resources in Algeria in light of the available opportunities and internal capabilities, and who was to identify the most important development experiences of some developing countries The successful oil company in the search for alternative financing sources to face the risks of sudden drop in crude oil prices economic development.

The study concluded that several results illustrate the failure and fragility of the non-diversified economic system in Algeria, which calls for reform in line with the current patterns and the experiences of the leading countries in this, with some suggestions
