This study aims to highlight the role that entrepreneurial accompaniment plays in its dimensions (reception and guidance, consulting, training) in building the competitive capabilities of project holders in the technological incubator in Sidi Abdullah, and the descriptive analytical method was used while the information was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 owners A project in the incubator, and after analysis using the SPSS program, The study concluded that there is a positive effect of the company accompaniment in building competitive capabilities through its dimensions (consulting, training).

While there is no effect of the reception and guidance dimension in building the competitiveness of project holders in the technology incubator in Sidi Abdullah.
