Abstract EN

The study aims to implement a KIDA model to predict the Financial failure of companies listed on the Palestine Exchange, to identify the future possibility of Financial failure for these Companies, as this model consists of five Financial ratios, which together constitute an indication that can be used as a guide to assess the prospects of future Financial Failure.

The study showed that all the study sample Companies do not suffer from financial failure for the next year, as the value of Z was positive, and the study recommends the need to apply a Kida model to predict Financial failure and failure of Companies, as a method of Financial analysis and based on a mathematical method in evaluating performance.

Due to the ence of an approved model on the Palestine Exchange to predict Financial Failure.
