Immigration, the choice of spouse, and the type of marriage are related factors that interfere with each other which leads to mixed marriage, the latter is usually produced by immigration.

In one way or another mixed marriage affects society since it is one of the factors that contribute in cultural integration as an adaptive response in the resulting family.

Cultural integration is a mixture of cultural activities which are values, customs, traditions and the life style of two people with two different cultures.
