Abstract EN

The study attemptsto gather as much as possible of historical information concerning the social background elements of the Ashiriscommunity in the mid period, their role in the city's building and prosperity and making relationships with the Maghreb Muslim countries and how the Ziris worked to show the Ashiris city in a way that enabled it to get to the top of all the Middle Meghreb cities at that time through providing security and bringing people from close regions to settle there.

Moreover, we are going to look at the city's strategic location and its natural immunity as it is a liaison between East and West.

This study also aims to identify the ethnic, religious and language variation of Ashiris people.

In addition, we will shed light on the Ashirs social classes and sects plus to their activitis variation and their contribution in economic movement prosperity.
