Abstract EN

The main purpose of this research is to study Arabic sounds from description to employment.

The scope of this work is confined within five elements; defining them, the reason of their naming and generation, their functions as well as their vocal aspects.

It appears that Arabic sound have the ability to vary its formulas and from them, in addition to color the significance inside them according to what its vocal characteristics dictate.

It also appears that these variations and formations can only be achieved through two functions; the first one being vocal which leads to variations and distribution, and the other one serving a signifying function that guides and limits the meaning according to its formations and.
