The research aims to achieve a major goal, which is to identify the extent of the use of the Arabic language in public relations departments in service establishments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The research has found a decrease in the level of the use of the Arabic language in the public relations department in service facilities from the viewpoint of the individuals of the study sample as well as the high level of the public relations department in Service facilities from the viewpoint of the study sample members and the existence of a statistically significant inverse correlation between the level of the use of the Arabic language in the Public Relations Department and the level of the Public Relations Department in the service facilities at the level of 0.01, the ence of differences in the level of the use of the Arabic language in the management of public relations between the communication sectors Hotels and hospitals are at a significant level of 0.05, and the public relations department's interest in service facilities is weak in using the Arabic language in dealings with clients, and the interest is only in foreign languages.
