Abstract EN

The holy Quran is a rich source of study in various branches, especially those related to legal and linguistic aspects, throughout the different Islamic periods and still remains to these days.

Its specificity is not depleted or weakened, and it will remain until the doomsday.

Among the most famous books that dealt with Quran and interprets its meanings is The Brief Editor in the Interpretation of the Dear Book by IbnAttia Al-Andalusi (542 Hijri).

Al-Andalusi combines in his book the opinions of the advanced grammarians.

He expresses his opinion in agreement sometimes, and at other times he weakens them.

However, the methods that IbnAttia uses to weaken these grammatical views have been numerous.

He shifts between attributing those opinions to their owners and then weakens them, and weakening grammatical opinions without attributing them to their owners.

At times, he explains the reason for the weakening of some opinions, and at other times he weakens the grammatical opinion without showing the reason.

Therefore, this research is titled by The Grammatical Views that IbnAttia Al-Andalusi Weakened in His Book The Brief Editor in the Interpretation of the Dear Book in order to bear the responsibility of collecting grammatical opinions that are weakened by Al-Andalusi and study them analytically and descriptively to reveal Ibn Al-Andalusi's point of view on these views.

The research concluded some important results:
1.

IbnAttia used several terms to weaken the opinions which indicates his accuracy in choosing the appropriate word.

2.

 IbnAttia did attribute each grammatical opinion to his owner, and this is an evidence of his sincerity and accuracy in conveying the opinions from others.
