The care of persons with disabilities and the policy of integrating them into society is considered a social system, which plays a functional role in preparing and adapting them self, psychologically and socially through means of institutions and devices that have effective training, preparation and qualification from the physical, mental, psychological and social side to be full members of society, hence the goal of the general study It consists in revealing the care of the disabled and the goals of their social inclusion policy, and starting from an attempt to find out the reality of caring for the disabled and the goals of their social inclusion policy in Algeria, we had to use the descriptive approach in the field study.

As for the information gathering technique, the observation was in its simple form, as well as the documents obtained from the center's directorate, as well as the directed interview and a questionnaire.

The field study at the Handicapped Center in Birkhadem was applied to a sample that had a size of 101 trainees who were present at the center, and this type From the sample, it is called the intentional intentional sample.

After applying the techniques, the study reached the following results.

Caring for persons with disabilities in all its dimensions that target the various aspects of their biological, health, mental, psychological, social, and formative occupational personalities is a necessity in order to reach them to the maximum possible level of psychological and social self-conditioning and autonomy.
