This study aimed to explore the geographical characteristics and urban culture among owners of apartments in the west of Dammam city.

The study focused on two important cores: the first is of the most important geographical characteristics of the owner of the ownership apartments in neighborhoods west of Dammam, and the second is their urban culture as Saudi citizens about a newly developed real estate product (ownership apartments), in terms of acceptance or not accept the idea of common housing as vertical expansion, For what is known as urban well-being, which is to live in separate villas as horizontal expansion.

On the other hand, know the most important reasons for owning these apartments and the role of real estate companies developed and implemented for these apartments and whether these apartments can be considered one of the solutions to the housing crisis.

One of the most important results of the study was that the target population of this newly created real estate product was the age group (30 years to 49 years old), ie, the newly-married youth group (90% ( More than half of the owners explained that owning ownership apartments is a temporary solution until they have the final age house.

68% of them supported the shared housing culture, so it is possible to adapt the concept of residential towers in Dammam as a solution to the problem of housing.
