Verbs of saying in the Arabic language (in particular) and Semitic languages (in general) represent fertile material for research at different linguistic and semantic levels.

the linguistic and semantic relationships that relate to the saying process give it many dimensions that bear many aspects of research, but it will be limited to study verbs of saying contained within the limits of the research subject, namely Surat Taha and the book of Esther, with its Ge’ez and Hebrew texts.

in the introduction, the research focused on dealing with the most important concepts related to the topic of the research.

followed by the first topic that dealt with verbs of speech in the Arabic, Ge’ez and Hebrew languages.

in terms of the lexical material for the verbs mentioned in the research material, then the comparison between the verbs of saying according to the linguistic use and the availability of the lexical material for the verb in Semitic languages.

then the second topic deals with the study of the semantics of the verbs of saying in the Arabic, Ge’ez and Hebrew languages.
