One of the most important criteria used to judge the level of development in the urban sphere is the attention given to the level of urban transport services within cities at the present time, where the progress of cities is measured by the progress of their Transportation, especially if the latter rely on modern technological systems and applications, or what is known as participatory smart transport.

This study will try to shed light on the geographical dimensions of the participatory Smart transport services by the fleet of two companies (Uber- Careem) to transport passengers in the city of Mansoura, which is expected to make a qualitative leap in the transportation systems within the city once it is fully implemented.
