The Research dealt with a set of positions at the Glorious Qura'n the connection letter “with” is not used for specific reasons.

This research aims to show the need to grammar in comprehending the greatest text of legislation (sharia) i.

e.

the holy Quran especially it is related to commas and relative pronouns; which are the greatest secrets of Rhetorics of Holy Quran.

Besides, it is a paradigm of beneficial application.

it shows the relationships among the verses and parse of the Holy Quran.

This research adopts the analytical; and descriptive approach in spotting the Non- connected cases and their analyses; besides the scholars opinions regarding these cases.

The research included an introduction, preview, six chapters and a conclusion.

The Research discussed the causes of not using “and” at these positions.

It showed also the reference of parse only or meaning or both of them.

it showed also the multi- functions of the letter “and” at the Glorious Qura'n.

The Glorious Qura'n has many aspects.

Grammar is the most important tools for interpreting the Glorious Qura'n and its meanings, through functioning the grammatical rules for the sake of the Quranic text.
