نتيجة لثني أسياخ صلب التسليح علي البارد تتغير الخواص الميكانيكية لتلك الأسياخ و تشيخ تلك المنطقة و يتغير سلوكها من الممطولية إلي القصفه مما يؤثر سلبا عند استخدامها كتسليح في العناصر الخرسانية المسلحة.
الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو تصميم و تصنيع و اختبار وصلة ميكانيكية علي شكل حرف(ل) لربط الأسياخ المتعامدة في وصلات العمود بالكمرة بالمنشآت الخرسانية المسلحة و ذلك كبديلا لثني أسياخ صلب التسليح علي البارد.
وصلة صلب التسليح المقترحة تم ثقبها و قلوظتها كما تم عمل قلوظة مماثلة في نهايات الأسياخ التي تم ربطها بالوصلة.
تم اختبار نوعين من الوصلات لأسياخ زادت أقطار نهاياتها ثم قلوظتها و أسياخ تمت قلوظتها بدون زيادة أقطار نهاياتها.
أظهرت النتائج أهمية زيادة أقطار نهايات الأسياخ قبل قلوظتها و ربطها بالوصلة حتي لا يحدث كسر للأسياخ داخل الوصلة بحمل أقل من الحمل الأقصى لأسياخ التسليح.
Abstract EN
The main aim of this research is to design and manufacture L-shaped mechanical couplers to connect two perpendicular reinforcing bars in knee joint instead of cold-bending bars at the corner of this joint.
Each branch of the two L-shape coupler branches equipped with threaded holes coincide with the prepared threading of the enlarged reinforcing bar end.
Therefore, the reinforcing bars that were coupled by the L-shaped mechanical couplers were used in reinforcing the closing corner joint.
