Abstract EN

The study dealt with the problem of some researchers' transcendence of the standards and ethics of scientific research, and how to overcome them based on the reference to Islam contained in the Qur'anic verses and the hadiths of the Prophet.

The study moved along with the practical application of these values in the reality of the research process and its stages in the contemporary context.

From that, I concluded the importance of the Islamic ethical formation for a scientific researcher, and that this is done through: the self-formation of the researcher rooted in awakening his conscience and his self-will to direct towards the benefit and charity of research, as well as the institutional formation through research institutions and centers that direct their influence on the ethical formation of the researcher based on the reference Islamic.
