The aim of the research is to determine the effect of the interaction between the online support offer (total-partial) and its level (detailed - brief) within electronic construction activities in an electronic program on developing educational software production skills.
The research experiment was conducted on a sample of (60) students from Students of the fourth year, the Division of Libraries, Information and Educational Technology, Faculty of Education, with an understanding of supervision, Dakahlia University, Al-Azhar University, where they were divided into four experimental groups.
Group (1) received support with a detailed level display at a detailed level, group (2) received support with a summary level display at a detailed level, group (3) received support with a partial level display at a detailed level, group (4) received support with a partial level display at a brief level, and included tools The research on (cognitive achievement test - skill performance note card - software product evaluation card), and the results of the research found that there is a statistical difference between the individuals of the sample as a whole in the pre and post measurements of the cognitive achievement test and the practical performance note card in favor of post measurement.
The effectiveness of the overall presentation pattern, regardless of the level of support, in cognitive achievement and practical performance, the effectiveness of the level of summary support, regardless of the pattern of presentation, in cognitive achievement and practical performance, and the existence of an interaction between the pattern of support presentation and its level on cognitive achievement and practical performance; Where the best treatments came in favor of the second group, which was studied in the pattern (holistic) and level (summary).
The results also demonstrated that there were no differences in the pattern of support offer or the level of support or the interaction between them on the quality of the software product
